RAYONIER
Rayonier Inc, headquartered in Wildlight, Florida, is a publicly traded timberland real estate investment trust (“REIT”) conglomerate with assets located in some of the most productive softwood timber growing regions in the United States and New Zealand. HSJ completed a security assessment for Rayonier then implemented integrated security technology solutions and a corporate wide access control policy.
SECURITY ASSESSMENT & IMPROVEMENTS
HSJ provided Rayonier with a corporate security assessment, created a deficiency remediation plan, and then managed the implementation, migration and upgrade of their physical security systems at their former HQ, process mills, and branch field offices. The remediation scope included design engineering services for the migration of Rayonier’s aging electronic access control system to a more secure, end-to-end single-card authentication solution. HSJ also managed surveillance system upgrades from analog to IP at multiple locations. This involved network infrastructure upgrades as well as integration with electronic access control. Duress and mass notification systems for security related events were also implemented by the project team.
